We were put back into the groups that we filmed the preliminary task with so that way we would already have a bit of history together, and work better as a result. We spent the lesson discussing our ideas for our opening sequences.
We decided that everybody's idea was equally good and that no idea was much better than the other, which was great as it meant the equilibrium of the group was higher. We then judged which opening sequence we were going to ahead with by the complexity of the sequence. That means camera shots, props, actors, locations etc. and the accessibility of each.
We decided that sophies idea was the easiest to go ahead with, as it largely takes place near a lake. Considering the fact that there are many lakes in the surrey area this was a fairly easy choice to make.
